宁夏永威炭业有限责任公司成立于2004年8月，坐落于山水园林城市石嘴山市崇岗工业园区。南与镇北堡西部影视城相望，北与石嘴山市相连，东与110国道相邻，西与贺兰山相依，地处西北最大的太西煤市场，具有得天独厚的资源优势和便利的交通。公司占地面积112080平方米，注册资金5800万元。
本公司是一家以生产碳电极、精洗无烟煤、煅后无烟煤、各种增炭剂、碳砖、碳块为主的民营企业，其中碳电极(Φ780-Φ1400×2200mm-2900mm)，共5万吨/年，各种粒度无烟煤30万吨/年，煅后无烟煤10万吨/年,增炭剂4万吨/年。2005年12月份完成试生产，已完成投资1.1亿元，2006年-2008年预计再投资6500万元，进行二期工程建设和流动资金的投入。全面建成后，总投资达1.8亿元，实现产值3亿元，上缴利税3000万元。
本公司有九火道罐式煅烧炉，固定立式振动成型机，3000L混捏机，新型节能环保焙烧炉和专用加工车床、数控车床等先进设备、综合质量检测中心及配套办公楼等设施。
我公司主要产品-碳电极，是工业硅、铁合金、黄磷、电石、玉钢等矿热炉必不可少的导电材料，是目前替代糊类制品的最佳产品。本公司拥有先进的工艺技术，雄厚的经济实力，在产品设计、厂房建设中充分考虑碳电极行业的特性，使生产过程中的沥青烟、粉尘等排放浓度均达到并低于国家环保排放标准。生产中采用了先进的设备和成熟的生产工艺，使产品的性能和指标均达到国内同行业的先进水平。

Ningxia Yonvey Coal industry Co.,Ltd.was founded in August 2004,situated at Chonggang industry Park,Shizuishan,the landscape garden city.To south,it looks at Western Film studio,to north,it connects with Shizuishan,to east,it has the nearby national highway 110,and to west,it depends on helan Mountain each other.The company is located at the largest Taixi Coal Market in Northwest of China,which has the unique resource advantage and convenient communication.The company covers 112080 square metres of lands with the registered capital of 58,000,000 yuan.
The company is an individual-run enterprise which is mainly producing carbon electrode,finely washing anthracined anthracite,and all kinds of carburant and carbon block.The annual production capacities of carbon electrode(Φ780-Φ1400×2200mm-2900mm),all varieties of grain anthracite,calcined anthracite and carburant is 30,000 ton,300,000 ton,100,000 ton and 40,000 ton respectively.The test run was accomplished in December 2005 with the investment of 0.11 billion yuan.The company plans to invest 65,000,000 yuan.for the second phase project and as the liquid fund during 2006-2008.with the total investment of 0.18 billion yuan,the company shall realize the production value of 0.3 billion yuan,and 30,000,000 yuan profit turnovers and tax payments after totally built-up.
The company equipped with nine-flame path pot calcinatory,fixed vertical vibrating former,3000L kneader,new model energy-saving baking furnace,special working lathe,CNC lathe,and owns a comprehensive quality testing centre and supporting office building.
Carbon electrode,the major product of the company is the ndispensable electric conducing material in silicon furnace,ferro alloy furnace,phosphor furnace and calcium carbide furnace and other electric shaft furnace.currently it is the best replacement product for paste products with the advanced process techniques and strong financial strength,the discharge concentration of pitch fume and dust during production is lower than the state emission standard for environmental protection by taking consideration of characteristics of electrode frade in design and construction. by adopting the matured production technology and with the advanced equipment,the performance of the products and the energy consumption has reached the top level among the same trade in china.
